Hi,

I would like to learn how to make cakes of shapes and sizes, I have looked for classes in Brighton and Hove, but have found none. So I'm hoping someone will be able to teach me. I'm a beginner and would need it all to be simple. I would eventually like to be able to learn how to make birthday cakes with the icing ect. If anyone knows of any courses, or would be able to teach me? or would like to learn with me! Please send me an e-mail.
