I have a H/A 2 bed semi in Hollingdean. two double bedrooms large lounge and garden. two toilets, one up one down. The house is beautiful, newly double glazed, newish carpets ( under a yr old) newish large kitchen...There is an estate to the left of the house but it's not in an estate. it's in private cul de sac.....been here 5 yrs , no problems with anyone, safe neighbourhood. there's a drive and a car park

I am looking for a one or two bed council conversion or new build H/A flat....I'm not looking for East Brighton or anywhere past Portslade....

Not looking for council block or any area in an estate......Must be parking available near if not in the street itself.....
