Normally we would be off to our French house soon but family circumstances mean we have delayed departure. So... it's available till mid August.

Briefly, it's in a beautiful mountain setting, about 2 hours drive south of Grenoble, sleeps up to 8 in double and twin rooms, each one having delightful views. Front and rear balconies and gardens. It's not far from 2 ski resorts, in a sheep farming hamlet, and during the Summer (winter too of course!) the resorts are fully open with loads of family activities, restaurants etc.

On the doorstep you can find good walking, climbing, via feratta, biking... a short way off are watersports.

There's everything in the house for self catering. It's furnished as our home of course, complete with photo's of our grandson on the wall but with a good stock of books and guides, but no TV, we have tried successfully to avoid that so far!

You would need a car, and would travel via Grenoble or Marseille (Easyjet/Ryanair) unless motoring yourself.

We don't have set prices as we don't usually rent it out so get in touch, tell us how many people, how long etc and we'll talk.
