Our Surrey-based client are looking to recruit a Lead Psychologist. This post is based across two hospital sites in the Surrey area. Both hospitals treat patients with severe and enduring mental disorders often with forensic histories.

The successful candidate will manage the psychological therapies department & make a significant contribution to a range of innovative service developments across both sites.

You will be a Clinical or Forensic psychologist with a range of specialised skills in the assessment, treatment and management of mentally disordered offenders. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and be actively involved with the on-going development of the Psychological Therapies Department and the provision of a range of individual & group-based treatment interventions.
The successful candidate will have experience in a comprehensive range of psychological therapies (CBT/DBT would be an advantage), structured risk assessment & behavioural management programmes.
