Telesales Operative

I am currently recruiting for a Brighton based business who are eager to find excellent communicators to join their outbound telesales team. Ideally you will have similar experience in a sales or customer service role and be used to working to targets. However a positive attitude and the ability to understand your product are key. So if you think you have the gift of the gab, excellent levels of customer service, and that you could train to pick up sales skills then applications will be considered.
In return the client offer competitive rates of pay, and an uncapped commission scheme where the average earnings would mean that you can expect a salary of £16 to £18K per annum OTE. In addition they run incentives monthly which reward improvement and all round performance, and they regularly organise social events.
