Job Purpose
Reporting directly into the HR Director you will act as their deputy and partner with senior line managers within the business delivering best practice people practices in accordance with the HR strategy. You will provide business focused solutions and guidance to line management in all aspects of people management and organisational design.

Required Skills / Experience
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and will have a proven track record of working within a similar professional HR generalist role. Strong relationship building skills are paramount as are excellent communication skills and a proven ability to mentor and coach junior members of the team. Working within a fast paced changing environment candidates will have proven experience with innovation and will continually keep up to date with current best practice.
