IT Recruitment Resourcer - Brighton
We are looking to recruit an individual with established IT recruitment experience in a resourcing 'candidate search' focused role. Candidates should consider themselves to have exceptional ability in candidate search with a strong understanding of IT roles and skills. Candidates should be extremely motivated to fill roles, willing to go the extra mile in terms of effort and time input. We are looking for an outstanding performer in this role.
Previous sales or recruitment and/or resourcing experience - minimum of 6 months required
Capable of working to targets, personable, driven with excellent telephone skills
You will be liaising and working with our teams of consultants in a fast paced environment
You may be working in recruitment and no longer wish to work on the sales side, use your knowledge and skills to support our consultants
Are you a budding recruitment consultant, keen to learn? come and discuss opportunities, prove your ability and be fast tracked to become a recruitment consultant through our training program
Base salary negotiable up to £19K plus commission scheme, sales bonus's and incentives
