that will accept housing benefit' unfortunately i dont have a guarantor' but i can have reference's, and i am willing to pay toward's the rent,
i am a quiet' clean' decent' respectable' honest person'
im seeking a one bedroom unfurnished flat or large studio with a raised mezzaine sleeping area' it must have gas central heating' and be clean and tidy'
i dont feel comfortable share'ing the flat' would prefer an older style building' not comfortable with high rise building's or a flat above a shop' prefer a quiet area' the council will pay a deposit' and one month's rent in advanced'
the council will pay £650 pound's a month' i will pay upto £35 pound's a month'
so total around £685 a month, it must be long term let'
it would be good if the neighbour's were nice' respectable' and gay friendly
