Job Purpose

Reporting directly into the to the Development Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of team of 7 front end developers working on a range of development projects. Currently we develop most of our front end applications within Java/J2EE but we are moving more towards .Net technologies to include Sharepoint and C#. Proven experience of working within a lead developer / team lead role is essential as is a solid understanding of the full development lifecycle to include design. A proven development background in .Net technologies is required and the ideal candidate will have a good mixture of the following technologies.

• C#
• Webforms
• XML
• XSLT
• HTML
• Sharepoint
