Large window with view of fields at the side of Brighton Racecourse.
Rent would be from £100 to £125(depending on room size) inclusive of all bills with a 2 weeks deposit required and at least 1 reference.
Bill included are: Gas (central heating), Electric, Council Tax, Water Rates, TV License, WiFi and incoming phone line(excluding mobiles and premium rate).
People in the block are of mixed ages, very easy going and laid back and respectful too.
It's in a quiet block with older people and families. It's near enough to be in town in 10 mins by taxi or 20 mins by bus but far away that it can be peaceful when you get home if that’s what you need, but easy for fun nights out too as it is nice to have the best of both.
We are on a main bus route (1/1a) which runs every 7 mins to and from town. It takes about 20 mins off peak and 30 mins peak at most. This about the same to Brighton station which can be walked to in 30 mins max. We are close to Brighton Marina and only 15 mins walk to the fantastic Hanover pubs.
