Our client is looking for a Chef de Partie for its modern, English Gastro Pub operation in the heart of East Sussex.You will be someone that can cover all sections of the kitchen and work comfortably in a brigade of three. This public house has a very good reputation for its food, with a varied menu and different eating outlets. The restaurant is closed Sunday night and all day Monday. Split shifts, with a long weekends off every 3 months (Sat, Sun, Mon & Tue).Transport available depending on where you live.Tips paid as well.

You will have worked in a similar gastro pub establishment, having demonstrated excellent culinary skills as a result of your love and passion for food. You are an effective team member, with a "I can do" approach to your work.
