Hi, we are looking for a small to medium sized shop for curtains, blinds and shutters. We already have a successful shop in North London and have family reasons for looking at expanding if we can find the right space in Brighton or the surrounding area. As an established destination shop we are not dependant on passing trade looking to buy today, and we will give consideration to all properties offered. If you have a property which may be suitable please send as full details as possible regarding size, layout, location and terms, preferably with photographs. Ideally we would prefer a lower initial rental to help establish this new branch of our business.
