Busy upmarket cafe/restaurant with 43 covers requires a reliable, hardworking, honest, highly organised, mature, enthusiastic chef.

You will be responsible for the running of the kitchen and will be part of a small friendly team, you will need to work independently and with initative. You will be required to prep all our homemade meals and be able to handle up to 80 covers on a weekend with a KP.

You will be responsible for all ordering and weekly and daily cleaning of the kitchen.

You must be able to produce homemade food to a high standard including desserts.

For the right person the job gives creativity and a chance to run your own kitchen.

We are mainly a breakfast/brunch place so our busiest times are at weekends. Hours are 5 days per week to include every sat and sun 9.45am - 5pm.
We have the occassional private dinner in the evenings.
Good pay for the right person.
