POPLAR COUNSELLING is made up by three Person Centred Counsellors who are all registered or accredited BACP members.
We offer one to one counselling for adults, Therapeutic groupwork and CPD groups, and Supervision.
We have experience in all areas of counselling along with the following issues:
-Childhood Sexual Abuse
-Abuse
-PND
-Anger Management
-Anxiety
-Depression
-Relationship issues
-Ill health
We operate a sliding fee structure between £30-£50 and also have some concessions for low income and students. We offer a free 30 minute initial meeting with only a £7 room charge so you can meet and talk and go through various issues such as confidentiality etc.
We are based near Seven Dials in Brighton and our service covers Sussex
