Our rapidly expanding client is very quickly becoming one of the biggest and most respected names in e-marketing. With ambitious growth plans in place for 2010 to further drive the success of the organisation our client already boasts an impressive client portfolio including some of the biggest names in; retail, health and beauty and property.

The Role - Sales Executive

Our client are looking for 4 bright, highly motivated and ambitious graduates or equivalent to join their expanding sales team. The role promises to be a challenging yet rewarding start to your career in sales, with the company adopting a work hard play hard culture! In return for your hard work your basic salary will rise to £20K when your first target is met and there is a great commission structure in place with the opportunity to earn up to £30,000 OTE.

As a Sales Executive you will be required to prospect new companies to expand your client portfolio. You will be the first point of contact for clients and you will guide them through the whole sales process from their initial interest in email marketing right through to closing the deal with the hope of building an on-going relationship with them.

At times, you will assist in `walking` people through the online demo and possibly answering some technical questions, so whilst a background in email marketing isn`t essential, an interest in the subject and a willingness to learn more about the process would be beneficial.

For this Sales Executive role you will need to be:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Ambition with plenty of drive and self motivation
- Confidence is crucial with the ability to take responsibility and make decisions in a pressurised environment
- A professional attitude with a dedicated work ethic
- Passion for business
- Dedicated work ethic

No previous experience is required as full sales training will be provided.
