I have an urgent requirement for a Linux Administrator / support engineer to join my market leading client in central Brighton. Part of a new support team you will be involved in the support of a an exciting product used by a leading multinational company.

You will need to have a good track record with Linux/Redhat and you will be part of a team involved in incident management and fault diagnosis, proactive system monitoring, hardware and software management, stress/load testing alarm/trap management and the building, configuration and maintenance of servers.

The ideal candidate will have several years experience of Linux Systems Administration with as many of the following as possible:

Linux/Redhat
Automated Server Deployment
TCP/IP
VOIP
SNMP (alarms and traps)
Common Network Protocols (DHCP,PXE, HTTP, TFTP)
JBOSS Application Server
Incident Management software (JIRA, RIMS)
Scalability and clustering solutions
