Very good condition.

47,800 km. New engine fitted approximately 15,000km ago. Good service history, lots of documentation including original manuals and German documents. Serviced and MOT'd last week by Nigel at The Air Cooled Workshop in Ninfield who said the seams and underneath are all in excellent condition.

1600cc diesel engine which is more or less the same as a Mk1 Golf so very easy to get parts. 4 speed gear box. Manual steering. Simple with nothing to go wrong!

We had new glow plugs fitted last winter. Starts straight away every time - even in the snow.

Solid bodywork with no rust or rot.

Factory conversion by Westfalia including gas hob (with space saving and quite rare built in LPG tank so no need for big orange gas bottles), gas/12v/240v fridge, external mains hookup, freshwater tank, sink with electric water pump. 2x leisure batteries, charger, loads of cupboard space (including a huge area above the front seats) and 2 original Westfalia fold/swing out tables. The conversion is brilliantly designed and fits so much into a small space.

Eberspacher heater fully working.

The stereo is wired to the leisure batteries so it doesn't drain your starter battery if you leave it on.

There is room for 4 to sleep - in the high top and on the convertible back seat. All original Westfalia cushion/mattresses and curtains are included.

The 2 front seats rotate to face the living area.

All upholstery is in great condition and has been cleaned this week.

We had a great extended holiday in the van last year - 6 months travelling through France , Spain and Portugal . Through all our travels the van performed perfectly. We had the van fully serviced and checked over after getting back (although it needed very little work - new wiper blades and a slight adjustment to the steering!).

Unfortunately now we are back in the real world we don't get to use it as much as we would like.
