We are looking for people to join our warm house share -this would be ideal for people looking to move into a houseshare with a friendly and sociable feel.

You will be living with a happy couple Dave (23 years) starting a medical degree , Mei-wah (29 years) who is working as a physiotherapist and Tom (29 years) who is a mental health care worker.

We enjoy a relaxed and warm atmosphere, and like living together, some of our interests include, tennis, meditation, watching films, guitars, martial arts, cycling, growing lovely vegtables and cooking together.

We are offering a large double room with high ceilings and a lovely old style unused fireplace - it can be furnished or unfurnished.
The room is in a spacious 3 bedroom house spead over 3 floors, it is located close to the centre of town and near to local shops. It is a 5 min walk to the beach front and 15 min walk to Brighton station.The house has a front and back garden which are additional lovely social spaces. The living room area is spacious and if you stick your head out of the window you can see the sea

It will be available from September until late November but we can be flexible with the dates. The 90 pounds will include all bills
