It is a nice size second floor (which is the top floor) flay with a living room which is 15 by 12 and the bedroom is 12 by 12 with 2 double built in wardrobes. the kitchen is a normal sze but fits everything in. The bathroom is a simple but good sized room. Their is plenty of storage too. Now the neighbours are all over 30 so the area is well maintained and very peaceful. The flat is situated right behind brighton station of the London road and 10 mins walk from the sea and town centre, although london road has all the shops and supermarkets too so their is really no need to walk to town. We would like a flat as near to newington green as possible but willing to be in se1 postcode or city ceentre.
