One of the leading financial services organisations in the South has a superb opportunity for a Qualified Accountant, with experience of the life market, to lead a team of 6 staff. You will take full responsibility for the preparation and delivery of the financial and management accounting package, including the finance for investment products, while developing and motivating the team members who report into you. You will also be the point of contact within finance for any ad hoc projects within various parts of the business.
It is essential that you can demonstrate extensive man management experience and a proven understanding of accounting within the life market. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a detailed knowledge of UK GAAP and tax issues, along with a desire to manage any system implementation or related projects.
