I'm renting out my flat from October 1st until November 10th. I have moved out of this flat but need someone to occupy it for the remainder of the tenancy. It's a one bedroom studio flat with separate bathroom, nice as a short term place if you have just moved here and are looking for something bigger. It's unfurnished but has the basic fridge and worktop cooker/oven. In a really good location, 10 minutes from the station, town or the beach.I am asking £400 for the whole period of october 1st - November 10th plus £200 refundable damage deposit to make sure it is left as it is found.
