Food for Friends are looking for a professional and experienced manager to work with the owners to oversee the operational running of the restaurant and private functions. Whilst having a hands-on approach, you will have the skills to train and motivate a competent team of waiting staff to enable them to deliver excellent customer service at all times.

You will be able to:
Show exceptional customer care skills, making each customer feel welcome and important
Motivate your staff, and maintain a good restaurant/ kitchen relationship
Prove competent computer skills, as you will be expected to work with spreadsheets, email and Word documents
Show that you have passion and enthusiasm for good food and drinks
Stay calm and consistent under pressure
Prove accurate numerical skills with an understanding of pricing and gross profit calculations

You will have at least five years experience in working in hospitality environment with at least one to two years in a supervisory position. Ideally you will have a qualification in Hospitality management or a similar area.
