Urgently need to move closer to my older children (close to Varndean area), due to ill health.
I have a lovely 3 eot bed (only six houses in terrace), semi rural house off Mile Oak road. It's so peaceful and safe with a big garden that backs onto protected downland.
Downstairs loo and understairs storage plus handy loft and loft light.
I would need a downstairs loo, and a large garden but would prefer an upstairs bathroom.
If you are looking to move and/or need a change of scene I highly recommend this area. New close with resident and visitors parking. Part of the close/no through 10mph road is made up of home owners and some houses from the council waitiing list.
I hate the idea of moving as ive spent alot on flooring but needs must and am praying that someone out there needs to move but can't be bothered to wait for years on the Council waiting list
