The Preston Park Tavern is one of the most popular food orientated pubs in Sussex.
We now have an opportunity for somebody to join our management team and be responsible for the daily running of the pub.
You must have a food orientated background-pure bar experience will not be sufficient.
You must enjoy working under the constant pressure of being busy and love getting to know all our regular customers.
One of your main responsibilities will be the training and development of our waiting and bar staff so you must be able to demonstrate previous experience of this.
The basic salary on offer is £16,400 per annum, plus bonus scheme, holidays etc.
