We require a Deputy Manager to support the manager of a children’s residential home. The home provides accommodation for 8 to 16+ year olds who have emotional and behavioural difficulties. Duties include, organising care, providing and presenting reports for reviews of the young people. You will provide support to staff by effective supervision, guidance through one to one coaching and mentoring. Candidates must have attained good level of education and be willing to achieve qualifications relevant to this post. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar senior role and preferably hold a NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification.
