We are currently looking for a chef with around 5 years' experience to join our kitchen team, which covers 2 excellent central Brighton pubs.

With a focus on Sundays Roasts in particular in our new site, you will help develop the pub's reputation for serving fresh, home-cooked, traditional pub food with a possible Irish twist.
