The house is in a good position for Uni students. It's a few minutes' walk from moulsecoombe station which is one stop on from the Uni's.

The house is well decorated and has a large shared space with a flat screen TV. There is a garden back and front and use of a garage.

Internet and water are included in the rent but electricity and gas are not.

At the moment there are three others including myself living there. It's a pretty friendly, laid back house and we wouldn't mind someone who's up for a drink with the rest of the house now and again.

The Rent is £300 a month and there is a £300 deposit. Room is available short term or long term.
