The role involves taking responsibility for producing drinks for the pub as well as serving food to the pub tables. You will be required to ensure all guest expectations are met during the pub experience and providing amazing hospitality to our guests. As part of the role you will be expected to communicate with the food and beverage team, make beverages to the required standards, ensure the bar area is always clean and organised as well as take orders and serve food. We need somebody with good flexibility on working hours as shifts do vary each week.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and beverage and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests. Experience in a similar quality pub is beneficial but not necessary, however, service with a smile and personality is a must.
