Hays Education are currently recruiting for Early Years workers to work in The Sussex area.  We are recruiting for enthusiastic, flexible on call supply staff with Level 2/3 or equivalent in Early Years who are able to work shift patterns between 8am-6pm each day

Qualifications and experience required:



- Must hold a recognised childcare qualification in accordance with OFSTED guidelines (i.e. NVQ 2/3 or equivalent)

- Have good literacy and numeracy skills



- Experience within the childcare industry



- A good theoretical and working knowledge the Early Years Foundation Stage



- Excellent childcare legislative knowledge



- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills



- Ability to plan and organise



- Ability to delegate when necessary



- Committed to maintaining high standards



- Flexible and Team Player



- Good initiative
