Role: Hostel Deputy Manager – Excellent Opportunity!
Salary: £18 – 21,000 per annum!

My client is a market leader in providing fun, hospitable, no strings accommodation for backpackers and travelers through the UK and Europe. With a portfolio of trendy venues across the UK and Europe, they are dedicated to providing a unique and firsthand experience
They are looking for a hands-on Manager from a Hostel background to manage their venue in Brighton. The ability to manage and motivate a team of reception staff and housekeeping staff is essential - along with full responsibility for the adjoining public facing bar and the staff within it.
Events/ activities management will be a large part of this role – as the company is famous for showing their customers the time of their lives!
A minimum of 1 years Management experience a hostel or budget hotel environment is essential – not corporate hotels. My client is looking for a standards-driven, thick-skinned, diligent Manager who can work hard and play hard - this role is not for the faint hearted!
A good understanding of working to budgets is required as staff training and scheduling and designing low cost activity packages will be central to the position.
This role will suit a social person with excellent standards of hygiene and customer service and fantastic team building skills.
