I am specialist consultant working for Hays recruitment and manage the civil and structural sectors for the Sussex region. I have extensive contacts with companies across the region and am currently working on multiple vacancies.

I am interested in hearing from candidates who are looking for work or would be interested in discussing career opportunites. As vacancies are diverse and dynamic so must be candidate profiles. I am therefore interested in hearing from recent graduates through to candidates of a chartered status.

Hays operates a national database that is accessible to all our consultants across the UK, if a cv is submitted it can be viewed by multiple consultants working on numerous vacancies.

When a candidate makes contact with me I establish what type of work they are looking for and devise an action plan based on presenting candidates to companies. Part of my job is to make business development calls allowing me constant opportunity to discover new vacanices before they are commercially advertised as well as the ability to submit cvs for positions not advertised.
