Chef required Master Mariner
The Master Mariner - Brighton Marina's favorite pub needs a new chef.
all food cooked here is made from scratch using fresh ingredients. we do not buy frozen.
you must have experience in preparing fresh food and able to work within a team, also on your own and able to cope when it gets busy. Our kitchen is a lovely place to work with every type of equipment to cook any type of food and is a very special environment.
it is a full time position between 40 and 50 hours per week.
salary is dependent on ability / experience but will between £6.10 and £7.25 per hour. all hours worked will be paid for, i do not employ people with a target salary for 40 hours per week and then expect you to work 70 for the same money, as most hotels do.
there is no accommodation with the position please do not call if you are not from the local area.
