Research Scientist / R&D Development Engineer is required by this semiconductor nanomaterials company for their production and research facility based near the Sussex coast in the UK South East (commutable from the likes of Brighton, Newhaven, Eastbourne, Seaford, Lewes, Burgess Hill, Shoreham By Sea, etc)

The company are looking for an experienced Scientist who specialises in nanomaterials or semiconductor process development such as CVD, PECVD carbon nanotube growth (CNT), PVD Sputter / Plasma CVD deposition, thin films, semiconductor BEOL process, etc

For consideration you will need to be educated to Masters or PhD level in either materials science, semiconductor process, chemistry or physics. This should be followed up with relevant industrial or commercial research experience (circa 3-5yrs) and be a confident user of vacuum PECVD and PVD equipment.
