We are currently looking to recruit a Data and Insight Manager to develop, manage and manipulate a customer database that facilitates the business aspirations across all products and brands. The role holder will be responsible for the management, development and maintenance of the integrity of the company’s marketing data, will provide customer insight and analysis and will help the business achieve monthly targets by analysing data volumes, indentifying trends, reviewing performance and helping improve response rates.
The successful candidate will have proven data analysis experience and will have commercial insight and an understanding how data is used to support and fuel a business. Strong presentation skills and communication skills are essential as is exposure to some of the following;
• Advanced knowledge of Access and Excel
• Excellent knowledge of helpIT systems
• Knowledge of SQL Server, SPSS, OLAP technology and data warehousing
• Data Cleansing knowledge and experience
• Demonstrable project management skills
