Package: £6.50 per hour minimum (more for the experienced applicant) plus bonus

Echo Loans is a consumer finance company based in Haywards Heath town centre and provides loan brokerage and advisory services to customers across the UK.

Within the customer services department you will be responsible for assisting our customers over the phone and ending the call knowing that you have done your utmost to leave them satisfied. You will have to be able to think on your feet and deal with a variety of situations including general queries, handling complaints and diffusing difficult situations.

You will handle a large volume of Inbound queries as well as making Outbound calls so you must have excellent verbal communication skills, a passion for helping customers through difficult situations in a target driven environment, strong administrative skills and bags of confidence. Previous experience would be helpful although not essential.

This is a weekly paid, full time position including some Saturdays working 37.50 hours per week. Overtime is often available.
