Beach Boxercise sessions being held at Yellowave Beach Sports Resort, Madeira Drive, Brighton

Wednesdays 7 - 8pm and Sunday 12 - 1pm

Each session costs £5 per person and they focus on the basic boxing technique, whilst maintaining a fun and comfortable fitness environment!

A great way to meet new people, have fun and get in shape for Christmas and the New Year!
