Marketing Assistant
New and Exciting job opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join a multinational organisation.
Duration: 3 Months fixed term contract
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- The ordering and despatching of marketing (point of sale) material to customers, sales staff and event locations using the FYA system
- To own and maintain customer mailing lists
- To support the Product Managers by providing basic Product Management and organisation of diaries and travel details
- To accept and work within the Company's Quality System, seeking to enhance the System where possible Candidate Requirements:
- Relevant qualification or experience in similar role preferably in a Marketing environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel,
- 3 month fixed term contract
- Working for a reputable organisation
- Relevant qualification or experience in similar role preferably in a Marketing environment
Must be proficient in using Word and Excel
- Team player
- Be able to work on own initiative
- Have the ability to work under pressure
