We require a monthly rent of £300 to be paid on time each month and bills are inclusive (electricity, gas, water and council tax). No deposit is required. This is a short term house share for the maximum of three months only. The room in unfurnished but rest of the house is furnished with a fully equipt kitchen, living room, 2 W.Cs, study with internet access and a bathroom.
We also have a patio garden, bbq and a German Shepherd dog. You must be pet friendly and tidy. My partner and I work weekdays and like to socialise at the weekends.
