Responsible for Facilities [Virtual Office Service & Meeting Rooms] & Site Support.
Knowledge of basic book-keeping & Sage Accounting [Preferable]
Job includes: taking bookings, preparing paperwork, ensuring meeting rooms are presentable, invoicing clients, building checks, daily post, client liaison, reception & monthly invoicing.
