We have a lovely dble room available in our family home. We are looking for a mature minded individual to share lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom, garden etc. We have Broadband/Wifi available. We are a couple in our 50's whose kids have left home and have room to rent. The rent is £100 per week, inclusive, no bills. To be paid 4 weeks in advance, plus 2 weeks deposit. No pets as we have a friendly dog! We are 10 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk into Town or the Station. Buses stop right outside. We are very relaxed and easy going couple.
