America & Canada Travel Specialist / Travel Reservations Consultant required for this leading online tour operator or America and Canada Specialist for this leading travel company.
Seeking a suitably experienced travel consultant, preferably a well-travelled individual to the USA and Canada, to join this busy but personable travel team. This established online travel company, well respected in the travel industry, are looking for a travel consultant to join their very busy offices based in Sussex.

KEY DUTIES
- America & Canada Travel Consultant must have a flair for sales and creating the best customer service at all times
- Tailor making America & Canada holidays, using first hand destination knowledge to advise.
- Using a variety of flights, ground contracts and tours to create dream travel itineraries.
- Working within a team to achieve sales targets and earn commission and incentives.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-You must have suitable travel industry experience and possess solid experience of American and Canada
- Experience in working to targets within a busy travel call centre environment
- Converting enquiries into bookings using your first hand knowledge and experience
- Delivering excellent customer service to valued repeat, recommended and new clients

THE PACKAGE
- A competitive basic salary and a fantastic commission structure with very achieveable OTE over £28K
- with other benefits including holidays, discounted travel and on-going training this is an opportunity not to be missed.
- Office hours are 7 days per week working 5 days out of 7.
