I am looking for a Full time bartender to work in a 4 star hotel in Chichester, west Sussex. The property has lots of history and is set in fantastic surroundings. Our F&B department is undergoing change and I am looking for a reliable, experienced bartender, preferably with cocktail knowledge, but if you have the ability to learn and right attitude it is as good as. The bar is quiet during the day and picks up during the evening for the dinner service. We are in the process of introducing a new product and am hoping to find strong and willing individuals to help implement and shape our ideas. There will be a lot of work involved initially, but the prospects can be great. We have staff accommodation available if necessary. Chichester is a vibrant little City, with a beautiful sandy beach just ten minutes drive away. Portsmouth, Southampton and Brighton are all also within driving distance. The salary ranges from £12.500 - to £14.000 dependent on experience. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
