Brighton-based games publisher looking for someone to help drive our sales in independent retail and put About Time on the shelf before Christmas. We are a fun-loving, hard working team looking for experienced sales and marketing person to join team.

Hours: 2 days a week average. Hours are flexible. Important: the job involves weekend working attending craft and gift fairs and some shop visits. Some home working is likely.

Contract period: now to Christmas.

Salary: Day rate £80 plus commission

Future prospects: as the company develops we are looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to help build the company’s revenue and sales capacity.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Drive sales of About Time with all our existing sellers;

Develop new sales outlets by making personal contacts with retailers.

Keep accurate and up to date records of all our sales (direct, wholesale) on an ongoing basis.

Help in the day to day running of company, eg sales related enquiries.

Attend key events such as Spirit of Christmas, and numerous Christmas craft fairs, including weekend working. This includes setting up and breaking down the stall.

Flexible around working hours; when we are at our busiest you will be required to put in extra hours which can be clawed back at quieter times.

Initiate new ideas for promoting and selling About Time, and to improve the use of our limited resources.
