we are looking for a MALE(to even out the ratio) STUDENT (for council tax purposes)who can be on the contract and pay deposit etc asap.

agency fee is 85, deposit is about 465, you will also have to pay about 50 pounds towards the communal furniture. The contract is for a year starting asap
There is only supposed to be 6 of us officially but there will be 8 as there are 8 bedrooms. Therefore this room will only be £263.50 a month, aprox 61 a week

The room avail is a single unfurnished bedroom in our wonderful 8 bedroomed house just off western road near the providence. It has a large kitchen/living area, a lovely garden, a cellar, plus other communal spaces. .

We are all studying art based subjects.Some of us are not moving in until end of august/ beginning of september and leasing our rooms for a month - which we could help you do too but would prefer it if you could move in as soon as possible.
