Hey everyone,

We are looking for a new housemate ! We are 3 girls: 2 graduates and 1 student. We're not girly-girls so a male housemate would be most welcome! No students please as we want someone who can contribute to council tax!

The room is a double room at the front of the house (ground floor). The rent is £346/month (excluding bills). The room is semi-furnished (you would need your own bed). We live on St Paul's Street, seriously close to the 25/49/81/24 bus stop, Co-Op, Spar, Sainsburys and lots of take aways.
