The house is located just off The Dip (near Fiveways). It has free parking in the road and a big garden with both a patio and two grass sections. There is also a spare greenhouse for anyone who wants to make use of it.

The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, triple wardrobe and built in cupboards.

There is presently myself, James, plus a girl called Tanith and another bloke, called Mark, living in the house. We are pretty friendly, sociable and share a common liking of Elvis Presley. I enjoy cooking and so Mark tends to chip in for the cost of the evening meals that I cook, and then washes up.

We share out the housework evenly and tend to keep the house in good order. We also chip in £5 per month each to buy toilet roll, bin bags, cleaning stuffs etc. We find this works better than taking it in turn to buy what is needed.
