Executive Assistant to Chairman

An experienced PA and the complete professional, you will ensure the Chairman has excellent administrative support. You will be an excellent organiser and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude. You will have the multi-tasking ability and flexibility to work in this dynamic and ever-evolving environment with the ability to work on personal projects, small to large, from inception to completion and will work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• At least 10 years experience as a PA
• Exceptional computer literacy
• Highly developed organisational skills
• Initiative
• Maturity to handle a range of situations
• A meticulous and thorough nature
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, 9.00 am until 5.30 pm. Salary negotiable.
