Due to our continuing success we are currently recruiting for a
Head Chef in Brighton


Key responsibilities:
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and service at all times
• Stock control, purchasing, portion control and GP margins
• To motivate and develop existing staff
• Recruit, train and develop new team members
• Prepare weekly rotas
• Weekly management meetings

Applicants must:
• Have 1 or more years experience in a similar role
• The personality to lead, coach, develop and motivate your team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be eligible to work full time in the UK
• Provide references
• Have track record of commitment and success
