We are currently seeking an individual to join our Nights team within this prestigious hotel based in the centre of Brighton.

Reporting to the Night Manager, you will assist in the smooth running of the hotel during night time hours, ensuring guests’ comfort and security during this period by providing a comprehensive guest service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a warm welcome to all guests throughout the night, ensuring that guest safety and security is paramount at all times.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction in food quality and service, by maximising sales of food and beverage during the night.
• Covering the night audit function as and when necessary

Ideally having experience within the hospitality industry, the successful applicant must have knowledge of current licensing laws. You will have a methodical, can-do approach to your work and have an enthusiasm to strive in pressure situations.
