DEPUTY MANAGER - LEARNING DIFFICULTIES

Our client requires a deputy manager for an 8 bedded learning disability home in Oxted, Surrey for we which we are the sole agency.

This group of 5 care homes is dedicated to excellent care for its residents and is currently looking to expand in the west sussex and surrey areas - promotion and training propects are an important part of this role as is the happy working environment they promote.

You'll need an NVQ 4 / RMA as well as some experience of management within a Learning Disabilty setting
